Why Work With Me

I bring a unique blend of professional training, lived experience, and years of guiding clients through lasting transformation. Since 2017, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life as a hypnotherapist and leadership coach. Alongside my hands-on client work, I am completing a degree in psychology, grounding my practice in both science and practical tools.

Before stepping fully into this work, I spent nearly a decade in the video game industry, where I saw firsthand how high performance, creativity, and pressure collide. That chapter gave me an insider’s view of what it takes to thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments.

My approach is compassionate and direct, combining subconscious reprogramming with practical strategies for change. I don’t just work with the mind, I help clients align thoughts, emotions, and actions so they can create real results that last.

  • No. You are not asleep, unconscious, or under my control. You are in a relaxed but alert state, similar to daydreaming. You’ll hear everything I say and will remember the session. You are always in control.

  • Hypnosis is a natural state your mind already enters many times a day, such as when you’re absorbed in a book or driving on autopilot. If you can follow simple instructions and imagine a lemon, you can be hypnotised.

  • Yes. Regression in RTT simply means revisiting earlier memories to uncover where a belief started. You do not relive trauma. You observe with fresh perspective and update the meaning. You are guided and supported the entire time.

  • Yes. The process works by accessing your subconscious mind through relaxation and focus, which does not depend on being in the same physical room. Many clients even find online sessions more comfortable, as they can be in their own safe space. All you need is a quiet environment, good internet, and headphones if possible. For that reason, I currently offer sessions online only.

  • Some issues can be resolved in a single session. More complex patterns may need a series of three to six. We’ll discuss your goals together and choose the package that suits your outcome best.

  • Most people describe it as deeply relaxing, calming, and freeing. You may feel lighter or clearer afterwards, as if a weight has lifted. The real transformation continues over the following weeks as your new beliefs take root.
