Authentic Intelligence™ for Organisations

Build an organisation that can use AI without surrendering human judgement.

AI can accelerate analysis, communication and execution.

But it cannot take responsibility for the quality of the judgement behind them.

Authentic Intelligence™ helps leaders and teams strengthen the distinctly human capacities required to think critically, navigate change, make responsible decisions and remain creative, coherent and self-directed as technology accelerates.

THE TECHNOLOGY IS MOVING FASTER THAN PEOPLE CAN MAKE SENSE OF IT

AI adoption is not only a technology challenge. It is a human capability challenge.

New systems are introduced.

Expectations accelerate.

Information multiplies.

But without the human capacity to interpret, question and apply what technology produces, faster work does not necessarily become better work.

Instead:

  • Employees become overwhelmed by more inputs and less clarity.

  • Teams outsource thinking rather than extending it.

  • Leaders struggle to distinguish genuine insight from automated confidence.

  • Change is implemented before people understand how to work with it.

  • Creativity becomes homogenised.

  • Accountability becomes blurred.

  • People comply with systems they do not fully understand.

The question is no longer whether your people can use AI. It is whether they can think well while using it.

The more capable technology becomes, the more sophisticated human judgement must become.

Artificial intelligence can identify patterns, generate options and increase speed.

Human beings must still decide:

  • What matters.

  • What is true.

  • What is appropriate.

  • What is ethical.

  • What is missing.

  • What should happen next.

Authentic Intelligence™ develops the human capabilities that prevent efficiency from becoming thoughtlessness and automation from becoming abdication.

It is not a rejection of technology.

It is the capacity to use technology without allowing it to become the unquestioned author of our decisions.

THE FIVE CAPACITIES

Intelligence must operate as a complete human system.

Ethical Discernment

Use all five capacities with accountability, awareness of consequences and responsibility for the human impact of decisions.

The objective is not to make every decision intuitive, emotional or endlessly reflective.

It is to prevent one narrow form of intelligence from overriding all the others.

What Authentic Intelligence enables

Organisations can apply the framework to strengthen:

Human-centred AI adoption

Help employees use AI as an amplifier of judgement rather than a replacement for thinking.

Leadership under complexity

Develop leaders who can remain clear, reflective and accountable when decisions are ambiguous or emotionally charged.

Change readiness

Reduce the cognitive and emotional friction that causes people to resist, misunderstand or passively comply with transformation.

Decision quality

Improve how teams evaluate information, challenge assumptions and make responsible decisions without waiting for perfect certainty.

Creativity and original thinking

Protect the human imagination, experimentation and intellectual diversity that can be diminished by overreliance on generated outputs.

Communication and collaboration

Help teams interpret complexity together, communicate uncertainty honestly and remain connected while ways of working change.

Sustainable performance

Create ways of working that people can understand, adopt and maintain rather than repeatedly introducing new systems without integration.

Ways to Work Together

Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.

A multi-session development program for leaders who choose to make clear, responsible and human decisions in fast-moving environments.

Potential modules:

  1. Thinking clearly in accelerated systems.

  2. Emotional intelligence under pressure.

  3. Embodied leadership and sustainable performance.

  4. Intuition, experience and complex judgement.

  5. Creative and ethical decision-making.

  6. Leading humans through AI-enabled change.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The Self-Directed Leader

A practical introduction to the five capacities of Authentic Intelligence and how they apply to judgement, communication, creativity and responsible technology use.

Potential format:

  • 90-minute keynote workshop.

  • Half-day interactive workshop.

  • Full-day leadership intensive.

Participants leave with:

  • A shared language for human intelligence.

  • A method for evaluating AI-assisted decisions.

  • Greater awareness of the signals influencing judgement.

  • Practical reflection and decision-making tools.

FOUNDATIONAL WORKSHOP

About Dott Chu

Experience across people, technology and transformation.

Dott Chu is an author, transformational coach and founder of Authentic Intelligence™, a human capability framework for an increasingly automated world.

Her career spans more than two decades across music, technology, gaming, media, commercial leadership and human development, including experience with Warner Music, Ubisoft, PLAION and Channel 4.

Working inside fast-moving, high-expectation environments gave Dott direct insight into how organisations adopt new systems, respond to disruption and translate strategy into everyday behaviour.

She has worked across sales, commercial strategy, stakeholder management, leadership, coaching, inclusion and organisational initiatives. Her perspective is informed by the realities of deadlines, targets, competing priorities and constant technological change.

Alongside her corporate experience, Dott has studied psychology, human resource management, emotional intelligence, hypnosis, coaching, nervous-system awareness, communication and human behaviour.

This combination allows her to bridge:

  • Strategy and human behaviour.

  • Technology and judgement.

  • Commercial performance and sustainable ways of working.

  • Critical thinking and intuition.

  • Organisational change and individual experience.
